<div>You require permission from your teacher to attend this class. A challenging level, for more experienced practitioners of Pilates. Your Pilates practice is strong and consistent, you like to break a sweat and work a little faster and with more flow.<br />
<p><strong>Is this class right for me?</strong><br />You can perform the Short Spine Massage as well as the Up Stretch and Standing Front Splits on the Reformer. You will have tried the Mountain Climber on the Wunda Chair and The Pull up on one leg. You are familiar with the Intermediate Mat exercises like Teaser 1.</p>
