<p>Summer is almost here!! Which means sweating outside is BACK! We're hosting a Cycling Yogi Triathalon. Here's what that means: </p>
<p>1. 30-minutes cycle</p>
<p>2. 30-minutes yoga</p>
<p>3. 20-minute (or so) jog/run</p>
<p>Then, you'll come back to your mat for a cool down, stretch, and final savasana to begin your Saturday with peace and stability. </p>
