<div>Pilates is an innovative and super-effective system of mind-body exercise. At Studio IPF, it's done on the mat and we use a variety of small equipment. This beginner-level class is designed for anyone new to Pilates training, or anyone wanting a refresher. </div>

<div>No matter how fit you are, our Pilates core conditioning classes will allow you to move better and be stronger, from the inside out! Based on the foundational principles of Pilates, this class will help you find & learn to engage your deep core muscles and your pelvic floor. It will help you alleviate back pain, improve posture, destress, improve body mechanics & awareness and get energized! </div>
