CIRCUIT – Your Way!
As the name suggests, each class is a circuit.
In this circuit class, you will work solo at each exercise station which allows you to work at your own pace,
hence “Your way”.
Our circuits are a full-body workout and will incorporate body weight training, boxing, strength training, core
work and cardiovascular conditioning using a great mix of equipment.
Each session will be different and will allow you to fall in love with circuit training all over again!
