One two three and squeeze! We all know tending to our pelvic floor strength is another thing we “should” be doing but rarely is this done consistently or even correctly. yOnilates is a course designed to use many different pelvic floor muscles and expands way beyond the regular “Kegels”. Join us for a 5 week gentle and empowering journey where these pelvic floor exercises become a simple routine and feel the difference. This class is designed for women of all ages and stages in life who seek a deeper awareness of their pelvic floor.

How does it work?
During a course we develop the ability to isolate different muscles
and gain greater sensitivity in your pelvic area. Sessions run with
a series of exercise sequences done to specially designed yOnlaites
music. Classes are also informative-you will learn about the
amazing design of your pelvis. Sessions close with a meditation to
integrate the practice. Classes are done fully clothed.
So far students have reported greater sensitivity and pleasure
available, better bladder control, deep, visceral meditations and
being present and empowered in their bodies.
