Non Heated All Levels
This class is recommended for everyone looking to deepen their understanding of yoga, alignment, proper setup, use of props, and key 8 limb elements.
The class is taught in a hybrid hatha and workshop style class. The tone is casual and open for dialogue and Q&A. Each day will have a focus, expect to learn variations and use props, basic breath techniques, postures, clear demonstrations, anatomy and philosophy of yoga.
