It's all about the handstands, flips and ISH! Class is for BEGINNER & MID LEVEL POLERS ONLY.
This is a strength and acrobatics class for mid level beginners with focus on headstands, handstands, shoulder, elbow stands and flips; along with other incorporated floor based pole moves.
Participants must be comfortable with inverting and have taken several Beginner and Mid Level classes.
Sharing of poles is expected during pole all pole classes. **2 people maximum per pole is expected for classes**
