Beginners/Intro to Hot as a Mutha
Temperature set to 85 degress. Expect a Set Sequence, same
every class to learn the poses and to see your progress. Asanas
(poses) will be held approx 30 seconds with few vinyasa flows for
transitions. The heat provides health benefits including rinsing
out toxins from the body. This class offers a challenging, yet
consistent series to help build strength and stamina.

Level: All Levels and safe for pregnancy.
