Yin Yoga is a practice of opening and unwinding the body through postures that are held for an average of 2.5 to 3 min. This practice can be as challenging as it is rewarding. Remaining in a posture that is strecthing your body to open and release can be intense, but will undeniably lead to deeper connection to yourself and overall well being.
Some props are provided. Please bring a blanket and block if you have them.
Cancellation policy: If you are an auto-pay member and will not be able to attend your class, please cancel your registration or email hello@fulleryoga.com. If you do not cancel your class you will be assessed a $25 fee. If you are a punch card holder and do not cancel your class you will forfeit your class.
