A slow flow class that is created to help us bring more flexibility, calmness, and peace to the body, mind, and soul. This slow flow yoga sequence is open to all levels - and it will help relax the body, find some stillness, and recharge our minds. Transitioning into a restorative practice that helps bring your nervous system to a sense of safety and calm, which can help with challenges like restlessness, anxiety & depression. All the asanas in this part of the practice are done on the mat and supported by props.
RECOMMENDED PROPS
- A yoga mat
- 2 yoga blocks
- 2 large blankets or towels
- A bolster (For Restorative Yoga classes only, bolsters can be provided at no cost should they be needed).
We DO NOT rent blankets, so if these are required, please be sure to bring your own.
