<p><span style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">This class is for the early birds, and people who have busy days and don't want to miss their practice. We will start slow to allow the body time to wake up, release tension, and get ready for movement. Class will then pick up a bit (options always provided so that people can move at their own pace) to get the heart rate up, build some strength, and move into deeper stretches. Morning yoga allows you to start your day feeling relaxed, healthy and ready for what ever comes next. </span></p>
<p><span style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">If there are no students signed up by 7:00 am, class will be cancelled. This is out of respect for the teacher and the environment. </span></p>
