<p>For those looking for a physical challenge through fluid movement with a strong emphasis on the breath. This class explores creative sequencing inspired by Sun and Moon Salutation to build heat, flexibility, and focus. This class will move fluidly and will include periodic holds of postures to allow time to live and breathe in the pose and to build strength and focus. In vinyasa, the breath is key. The breath guides the movement through each pose. Come to class with body awareness and an open heart and mind. This class will include time for centering, warm-up, vinyasa and holds, some balance work, cool-down, pranayama meditation, and about a ten minute long savasana to allow time for the body to rest and absorb the goodness of yoga practice. </p>
<p>Previous yoga experience is recommended. Not recommended for those with mobility issues, wrist pain, or injuries that prevent you from easily getting off the floor. </p>
<p>Each class and teacher is unique and offers a diverse background of experience, training, and styles.
