Fortunately, Ayurveda has provided the ultimate - ancient - time tested guide for re-balancing all of our less than nourishing decisions.</span></p>
<p><span style="font-weight: 400; font-size: 12pt;">Join us for our gentle spring cleanse retreat as we re-balance our bodies through daily asana practices, ayurvedic workshops, and a special ayurvedic menu designed to optimize detoxification.</span></p>
<p><span style="font-weight: 400; font-size: 12pt;">During your retreat there will be free time offered daily to enjoy the beach, receive body work, read a book, or simply rest!
