This slow and mindful practice encourages students to deeply connect with the present moment, allowing everything else to fade into the background. Students are offered the option to receive hands-on-assists. </p>
<p>Students on virtual are encouraged to have their own props. Blocks, bolster, blanket and strap.</p>
