Embrace the calm. In this class, expect a restful practice
that holds yoga poses (asanas) for a longer duration using blocks,
blankets, and bolsters. This practice is intended to be quiet,
relaxing, and meditative. While Yin yoga invites you to wade deeper
into your deep tissues and fascia, restorative yoga regulates the
nervous system and invites you to rest and relax.
FOR VIRTUAL PARTICIPANTS - you will need a bolster
(a cushion or large pillow will work), two yoga blocks, and yoga
blankets (a regular blanket will work).
