<p>Strength for Yoga<br />Classes are progressive; folks attending for a few weeks will begin to see common themes and building blocks. Class always ends with a cool down and final relaxation, leaving people feeling surprisingly calm even after a strength-based class. Caroline’s classes involve getting up and down from the floor; some might want additional padding for their knees. Depending on the class, props will be used, typically a 10-15lbs weight, kettlebell, a long resistance band, blocks, strap, blanket, dowel, therapy balls, bolster, chair, and the wall. Variations are offered, and the class can be practiced without props. The strength and Mobility class is heated to 85 degrees.</p>
