Each week you'll learn different mobility movements and breath exercises to gain a deeper understanding of your body; its physical habits and patterns as well as mental ones that limit or restrict movement.
<p>This class uses different props (balls, blocks, chairs, wall, etc) and movement to explore range of motion. Stretchy, comfortable clothes are recommended.</p>
