This is a safe space for students who are brand new to yoga,
as well as those who want to grow their practice from a strong
foundation of postural alignment, skillful breathing, and
meditation. Strength & flexibility are not required, and will
be gained through keeping an open mind and regular
attendance.
Special attention is paid to learning alignment principles so students can progress safely to more intense and/or faster paced classes.
Yoga Foundations classes also teach a need-to-know for all yogis — how to modify poses to fit individual needs.
All shapes, size, ages, and abilities are welcome in this class.
