Join us for a 75 minute class to soothe the soul. Class starts with a grounding meditation and will then move through each asana (yoga pose) with ease from one to the next by connecting breath to the movement. Start to warm the body up with some gentle stretches and then move through a mindful vinyasa sequence focusing on alignment, strength, and flexibility. The room temperature is between 80-85 degrees. This mildly intense heat invigorates the body and will melt away stress and sharpen focus. We will end with a calming and rejuvenating savasana that will still your mind to receive the week ahead.
