Liquid Motion will teach you to work with your body mechanics
to move in a more fluid way. Using dance methods, we'll learn
specific moves, then connect those moves together. We'll explore
the bodies natural movement, build self confidence, , and
understand the body on a higher physical and mental level. You'll
find yourself paying more attention to how you move your body
through space, and moving with intention.

apply to any type of movement, enabling students to feel
immediately successful, as well as continue their education beyond
