Join us for this mixed style class. We have a blast as we
spend some time targeting our booties with exercises that work! The
second half of the class is all about traces, shimmies, hip circles
and so much more ...all while dancing with or on a chair! We teach
choreography in this class. Perfect class for beginners, no
experience needed.
Bring a yoga mat or a towel, knee pads if you have them, and
water.
