<p><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">This class is designed to let you slow down, pay attention to what you feel and find a deep sense of relaxation and release. We will hold poses for longer than you would in many yoga classes, and by doing so, we will allow the tissues to soften, relax and release. This does not mean that this class is easy, it may be quite challenging to stay with a pose that is not entirely comfortable but by doing so, you can learn to breathe through discomfort (not pain) and soften even when things aren't easy. You will leave class feeling relaxed, refreshed and more open than when you arrived. </span></p>
