Join veteran yoga teacher Jimmie Miller for 3 - 2 hour Sunday morning workshops. Jimmie will share her secrets
to remaining active and fully functional at any age...even when life throws you a curve ball, as it does us all.
Each session will include yoga practice, we will explore & discuss meditation and breath work. You will leave each
session with a plan for developing small daily habits to lead you down the path to a healthy, fully functional lifestyle!
