<p>Terry's Monday evening class has been refreshed! In this 60 minute, ALL LEVELS CLASS, start with a Vinyasa Flow to create warmth, strength and flexibility in the body. After the flow, Terry guides you in the use of core bands and balls for more strengthening and toning. Modifications are encouraged - you listen to your body - so all levels are truly welcome! It's a fun way to tone and strengthen the body in a non-judgmental and welcoming community.</p>
