This class is one of the options for students graduating from Intro to Aerials. Students in this class will explore more complex skills and continue to grow their aerial repertoire on the Bar apparatus - Trapeze and Hoop. The Beginner curriculum for Hoop and Trapeze share core foundational skills but each apparatus has its own quirks and unique movements. Students will get to explore the similarities between the two apparatus as they continue to build strength and knowledge. Students who are already enrolled in Beginner level Silk, Hammock, Fabric, or Hoop classes may enroll in this class to add Trapeze to their repertoire. Note: due to restrictions from COVID-19 the class will switch between apparatus week to week and instructors will only provide hands-on spotting in emergency situations.
