Embodied self - awareness and the ability to intentionally up- and down-regulate are key to functioning well in a stressful environment. Asana practice helps develop our relation- ship with our body and awareness of body sensations. Pranayama provides an access point for the up and down regulation of your nervous system. Meditation develops skilled use of the mind, helping us quiet negative self-talk, and stay calm, present and attuned.</p>
