This class is designed to strengthen, shape, tighten and tone your lower body consisting of your quads, hamstrings and most importantly the booty. Each class will consist of different exercises eliminating you from getting bored and providing you with the best results. In this class, exercises will be done using lower weights and or bodyweight consisting of higher reps to ensure you feel that burn you're coming for.
The class will consist of the use of different equipemt such as barbells, dumbbelss, bands, etc.
