<div>Establishing a Yoga practice in childhood and adolescence enables us to learn some vital tools to help us listen and respect our bodies, grow and develop resilience, and especially help cope with the big changes that are part of growing up.</div>

<div>Our children's classes are fun, inclusive and nurturing, introducing children to some basic gentle yoga and mindfulness practices to help them to feel embodied, safe and connected; pay better attention, balance their emotions, and all whilst building strength and flexibility, in a non-competitive environment.</div>

<p>Sessions include movement, stretching and postures; play and exploration, breath work, sound, mindfulness, gratitude practices and relaxation.</p>
