ASHTANGA INSPIRED VINYASA – We will move through a flowing
sequence of yoga poses,
synchronized with breath creating heat in the body. Inspired by the
strong Ashtanga style we’ll
explore Commitment, Strength, Balance, Flexibility, Focus and
Giving in. Rejuvenate and
strengthen the body while calming the nervous system. Every-Body
welcome.
