The Falcon is a ninety minute slow flow incorporating an
invigorating sequence of challenging postures, tied with varied
yoga nidra techniques or meditations. This is a class to work on
mindfulness through movement, transitions and breath. A dedicated
time to slow down, turn back to intention, and make a conscious
step towards self-growth.
