Join us for a practice of Meditation, Pranayama and Gentle Movement. For those interested in bringing more mindfulness and meditation into your daily life, this class will help bring awareness to many of the mindful and meditative possibilities that surround us every day.
The intention of this class is to create a sacred space each week to focus on a different foundational precept in yoga philosophy. Yoga is much more than doing a few poses on Sunday morning, and as we tune into our practice, and allow the fundamentals of yoga to bring us more awareness of the energies that surround and support the body, mind and soul.
