<p dir="ltr">Join Denise for this 6-week series to dive into the foundational elements of yoga poses (asanas). In this alignment-focused workshop we will examine the “nuts and bolts” of individual Hath yoga poses. We will deconstruct a pose, work on the foundational elements, form, and alignment. Then we will put the pose back together. Our 6-week exploration will begin with more accessible poses and build from there.</p>
<p><strong>You will leave with:</strong><br />A strong understanding of core poses (no inversions or arm balances)<br />The ability to determine what props to use and how to use them to best support yourself<br />The knowledge that you can make choices in your practice to be safe and comfortable</p>
<p><strong>Align Hatha is a series for anyone who is:</strong><br />New/newer to yoga<br />More experienced and curious about learning key principles of poses<br />Recovering from injury<br />Deconditioned or tight and less flexible</p>
