Sen Thai Yoga is a fusion of yogic self care practices influenced by the yoga of Thailand. Techniques include self massage, joint mobilization, rhythmic postures linked with the breath from Thai yoga, and held postures influenced by restorative and yin yoga. This class helps promote improved circulation, mobility, flexibility, balance, and relaxation. Guided meditation techniques including mindfulness, insight, and loving-kindness are offered throughout the practice.
