Like HOME Flow, this class emphasizes both moving with breath and alignment through a more rigourous flow that will include more vinyasas and more challenging peak poses. All levels are welcome to come practice and modify approporiately for their own needs. There is no need to do every vinyasa or any particular pose that does not suit you.
The combination of breath and alignment allows the mind to steady as it focuses on the alignment within each pose and settles the nervous system as you concentrate on the breath.
