Moving out of Pole level 1 or 2 into 2 or 3 can be pretty intimidating! This class will help you bridge those gaps and enter your new level ready to hit the air flying!
In this class you will work on strength and mobility conditioning drills, as well as moves (or baby versions of moves) required to get those moves to graduate into level 2 or 3. Variations will of course be offered and the class content will vary based on attendees and their goals.
