Previously known as Fitnes Revolution's "Boot Camp", MP-MRT is designed for any fitness level, and led by a degreed and certified Personal Trainer. The interval-based workout features a variety of equipment, including dumbbells, kettlebells, suspension trainers, sandbags, battle ropes, bands, medicine balls, sleds, and more. Every workout includes total body strength training, functional core training, and cardio conditioning exercises.</p>
