You will awaken your senses and experience the meditative
focus and intensity of bringing fire into your practice! Your class
will begin with Paula’s soothing voice guiding you away from the
tensions and stresses of the day. She will then lead you thru a
powerful flowing mandala (circular vinyasa flow) practice in
“follow the yogi” style - releasing any stale energy, focusing on
core strength and sweating out tension. This class is
physically challenging and spiritually motivating,
preparing you for a state of deep relaxation. Through posture,
breath and unique relaxing techniques you'll end your practice with
a deeper awareness of your body, developing strength, focus and
flexibility nourishing both your mind and soul.
Previous vinyasa yoga experience is
recommended.
