ART OF FLOW

2 Part Series
Join Lydia and Megan for a 2 day workshop & experience how
they teach through the lens of movement principles. They will
provide an opportunity to experience vinyasa flow in a dynamic and
personal way.
Vinyasa is a mindbody practice that combines the breath with movement. It lends itself to all levels and meets students where they are in their personal practice.
Vinyasa yoga is flexible and can be adapted and modified to meet the needs of each student. It has the capability to help practitioners drop out of their thinking mind and into the sensational body where the present moment is unfolding right before their eyes.
These magical bodies we have are truly unique to us. Encouraging this and the practice of awareness can offer a space of curiosity for others to find a place of comfort, safety, and growth.

Part 2
Saturday 8/27 at 10am 2 hours
Cost is $75
*We recommend attending both sessions since part 1 prepares us
for part 2. If you are unable to attend both session you can
purchase 1 session for $40
