<p>This class is Sudor's signature workout and is based on Karla's study of her tribe. It is a mix of different genres that represent the intricate way a tribe moves through life: kickboxing (the way we release aggression and courageously represent our individual authenticity and collective purpose), bootcamp moves (the struggle and the work we each have to put in to live authentically), tribal dance (the raw way we tell our personal stories and show gratitude to our creator) and yoga/meditation (the way we create balance through beautiful movement and active prayer). We mix Tribeology and the use of Kettlebell intermittently for an amazing full body sweat fest!</p>
