Prana means Life Force energy. This class uses techniques from the traditions of Kundalini yoga to tap into our prana using Kriyas, which are combinations of movement, breath, and sound. Each week our Kriya practice will target different aspects of our system ranging from building physical strength, stamina, and flexibility to improving digestion, reducing anxiety and improving mental health. These kriya classes will help you find inner calm and become "tuned in." You will leave each class feeling detoxified and revitalized.
