- All you need is room to lie down, a smartphone or computer with a front camera and a good attitude!
- Complete from the comfort of your own home
Preregistration 2 hours before class is required so we can send you the Zoom invitation. All ages and abilities can do this workout, but listen to your body and only do what feels good.
