Flow Home
A flow to cultivate heat, stability, and strength for both newer
yogis looking to build on to their practice and seasoned yogis
looking to spice things up! This practice will be focused on
building core, upper body, and lower body strength with weight
bearing poses (down dogs and planks), strong standing
flows, and dynamic balancing sequences. Leave feeling strong,
steady, and calm in body, heart, and mind.
Who is this class
for?
All are welcome: this class is suitable for
those who are newer to yoga as well as those who have been
practicing yoga for a number of years.
