<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">This specialty class invites you to calm the overactive mind after a busy week, through the practice of Yoga Nidra and Restorative Yoga. Yoga Nidra is a form of guided meditation. Using the breath, body scan and guided imagery you are progressively led into a state of deep meditative awareness. Each class will begin with gentle stretches and soothing breath-work to decompress and transition to deep relaxation. Restorative Yoga postures will aso be practiced with support from props and aromatherapy will fill the room to aid in stress relief from the week. Dress in loose comfortable clothing. Props such as blankets and bolsters will be offered for complete comfort and ease. </span></p>
