In this training, you will:

and Sunday October 2nd 11am - 3:00pm

Part 2 of this training will be offered on Saturday October 22 from 11:30 am - 3:30 pm and will cover practical applications of the material covered in this module. This weekend (Part 1) can be taken as a stand-alone course, without participation in Part 2.
Format
This is an interactive workshop combining education and experiential practices. We will explore a range of techniques including yoga, breathwork, meditation, somatics and self-inquiry.
This training can be used towards our new 300-RYT program and Continuing Education Credits are available for Yoga Alliance registered teachers.
