<p>Have you completed Level 1 series successfully? Ready to take things upside down? Level 2 series is for you! In this series you will work closely with our Master instructor to learn the proper technique, hand/leg placement, 1-2 spins per week, transitions, learn to invert, learn new ways to climbs, getting more in touch with the pole, and learning to trust yourself along the way.</p>
<p>You will also work on your overall pole flow, gaining strength and increasing your confidence. </p>
<p>Attire: Shorts with no lotion of oils. Heels are optional (patent leather). </p>
<p>Dates 10/2, 10/9, 10/16, 10/23, 10/30 and 11/6 Sundays (6 weeks)<br />Meet once a week same time/same day/same instructor<br />*Note: Will discuss as a group any date(s) surrounding a holiday in case different date needed.</p>
