Shifting from our Winter rest and reflection to the Spring
season of renewal, our bodies will need a gentle approach to
movement. We will begin with an extra gentle, relaxed yoga practice
to loosen up the joints and muscles. Then, a meditative yoga Nidra
will balance our energies welcoming the spring and all the
anticipated growth of the season. Join us to synchronize with the
