<div>Starting from the basics, consider this your Pole 101 class, you will learn 10-15 introductory pole, dance and floor moves. In this beginner class, you will also learn how to incorporate these moves, which tighten and tone your body, into a routine. Clients are encouraged to attend this class anywhere from 5-7 times prior to scheduling an assessment.</div>
