<div>Om Sweet Om / Vinyasa to Restorative Practice is a great balance of building energy and surrendering. Begins with 45-minutes of Vinyasa flow. You'll flow continuously through strong sequences of traditional Sun Salutations and standing postures, linking breath with movement while building strength and endurance as you push the edge of your balance and flexibility.</div>
<div><span style="color: #202124; font-family: Roboto, arial, sans-serif;">Followed by 30-minutes of a restorative practice. </span> Restorative yoga is based on the teaching of B.K.S. Iyengar. It is <strong>a gentle, slow, still style of yoga that involves long, passive holds in a series of 4-6 restful poses</strong>. Yogis are often supported by props to enhance or deepen their experience and achieve a state of total relaxation and release. </div>
