<p>Yoga Nidra is a deep, transcendental rest of the mind and body, a time when the body can fully restore itself, while the mind is alert, calm, and receptive to the vibrations of mantra. During this offering, you will be guided through the five koshas, or sheaths of the soul: the annamaya kosha (physical/food-born body), the pranamaya kosha (the energetic body/aura), the manomaya kosha (the emotional/sense information body), the vijnamaya kosha (the wisdom body), and the anandamaya kosha (the bliss body). Once fully at rest, you will be serenaded with mantras specific to healing the body and any traumas, eliminating obstacles at the doorway of manifestation, self-confidence, and opening the third eye (intuition). </p>
