Our fun and interactive kids yoga classes run by Helen founder of Calmer Kids are designed to empower and educate your children with knowledge and skills they can apply to real life.
Our weekly classes will have focus and different themes such as mindfulness, gratitude and empowerment with fun, dynamic movement as well as calming strategies to help children learn emotional regulation skills, empowerment and relaxation that can be applied into their everyday life.

Run by Helen from Calmer Kids. Helen is passionate about sharing the life skills we can learn through yoga with children in a fun and inspiring way. Through a combination of movement, play, breath and meditation, we help children to gain the skills to be calm, resilient and balanced.
Term 4 starts Thursday 13th October for 8 weeks
Class time: 3:40pm - 4:20pm
